The test band are the awesome-ist band around. They’re not actually real, but they can still make you dance! Starting out as a punk band, test band’s mood changed when lead singer/bassist Poppa Quiz came down with a fever – a Saturday Night Fever! The disco lights have been on ever since.
Soon after Test Band released their 2nd album, Disco Killed The Queen, they brought on board banjo player extraordinaire, Skunks McGee. Skunks’ influence on the band had a big impact. The members have all agreed that this was the point where their sound really started to gel. Bluegrass and Disco are an unpredictable, but always delightful combination. Add the raw bite of a punk rock drummer ( Rebel Rick) and you’ve got a high energy band, so fake you’ll never see them so it doesn’t really matter anyway!
